The Story Behind Our Popular Texas Candy Company
Candy-making has always been a fun family tradition for Norm and Nancy Grieser, our owner. After years of giving our candies as gifts to family and friends, our children suggested we start selling them, because when the candy tastes this good, why keep it to ourselves? The resulting customer response has been tremendous. Now, our candy products are enjoyed all over the world. Our candy company's signature Jalapeño Peanut Brittle even recently appeared on the "Made in America" segment of ABC's World News Tonight With David Muir, further boosting the popularity of our candy products.
Perfecting Our Recipes and Developing Our Product Line
Our recipes have been honed over the years to create unique and flavorful treats. With its buttery crunch, long-time favorite English Toffee was our very first candy product. Our selection then expanded to brittles, such as Old-Fashioned Peanut Brittle and unique Peanut Brittle flavors like Jalapeño, Habanero, and Black Pepper. These tasty brittles are not for the faint of heart and are the perfect treat for those with an affinity for spicy flavors. Recently, we added delicious Cashew Brittle and Jalapeño Cashew Brittle to our candy product selection.

Fudges
We make smooth and creamy fudge flavors such as Chocolate Mint, Chocolate Orange, Black Pepper, Peppermint, and White Chocolate Cherry Pecan. Our candy company even offers Pumpkin Fudge as a seasonal autumn treat.
Pralines
Ben's Creme Fraiche Pralines have become a year-round favorite. These candy delights are especially welcomed as a yummy treat, a light dinner dessert, or a "chilling-on-the-patio" snack. Texans and non-Texans can also enjoy the 'Yee-haw' kick of Texas Jalapeño Pralines.
