Candy-making has always been a fun-filled family tradition for Norm and me.  After years of giving our candy as gifts to family and friends, our children suggested we start selling it.  When the candy tastes this good, why keep it to yourself?  The response has been tremendous!   Our candies have been enjoyed the world-over.  A recent appearance featuring our Jalapeno Peanut Brittle on a Made in America segment of World News Tonight with David Muir further boosted the popularity of our candies.

Through the years our recipes have been honed to create unique and flavorful treats.  A long-time favorite, English Toffee with its buttery crunch, was out first product.  In addition to Old Fashioned Peanut Brittle, Peanut Brittle  flavors include Jalapeño, Habanero, and Black Pepper.  These tasty brittles are not for the faint of heart and are the perfect treat for those with an affinity for spicy flavors.  We also added delicious Cashew Brittle and Jalapeno Cashew Brittle recently.

Smooth and creamy fudge flavors include  Chocolate Mint, Chocolate Orange, Black Pepper, Peppermint, Cherry Pecan, and seasonally - Pumpkin.

Rich, melt-in-your-mouth Pecan Pralines have become a year-round favorite, especially welcome as a yummy snack, light dinner dessert, or while 'chilling' on the patio.  Whether Texan or not, enjoy our Texas Jalapeno Pralines with the Yee-haw kick!
